7. Jurisdiction and applicable legislation

8. Returns and Cancellation Policy. Returns/Exchanges
8.1 The consumer has the right to cancel the contracted service up to 5 days after signing the contract.
8.2 In case of cancellation by the consumer within the period indicated in point 8.1, Tasteology – creative studio will refund 90% of the value of the service to the consumer.
8.3 In case of cancellation by the consumer after the period indicated in point 8.1, Tasteology – creative studio reserves the right not to refund the amount to the consumer.
8.4 Tasteology – creative studio reserves the right to cancel any course or workshop by giving prior notice to the consumer and refunding the full amount of the training to the consumer.
8.5 If payment is not made for the full amount of the service contacted within fifteen days after invoicing, Tasteology – creative studio will cancel the partnership.
