Coffee Mixology: Create Your Signature Drink

Join us at Rosi Cafe in Matosinhos for an interactive workshop where you’ll step to the other side of the counter and create your own signature coffee drink. The session begins with a short talk and tasting led by barista Daniel, who explains how combinations of flavors, textures, and balance come together in a great drink.

Next, you split into small groups and get to work: you’ll experiment with a variety of ingredients — espresso, cold brew, matcha, syrups, plant-based milks, and garnishes — to create your own drink. To conclude, each group presents their creation to the room and shares the reasoning behind it.

No experience in mixology is required; just a desire to experiment. Limited vacancies.
