Giullia entered the world of specialty coffee in 2016, after working in a small coffee shop. Since then, she has built a solid career, combining coffee courses with a degree in Gastronomy, until she became a barista and roaster. She currently works at SO Coffee Roasters, where she is responsible for roasting, acts as a barista and takes part in the selection of coffees.
